Getting started
1. What is ProxyWorld?
ProxyWorld is an IP service for people and teams who need a different internet address. It offers rotating IP pools, dedicated static IPs and proxies, home-country IPs for life abroad, firewall-protected static IPs and Windows cloud PCs, in 24 countries and billed per 30 days from account credit.
2. How do I create an account?
Create your account in the browser in a few seconds. You receive one access token, which is how you sign in from then on. Keep it somewhere safe, because it is the key to your account and credit.
3. What are the steps to buy a plan?
Create your account, choose a product, a plan, the quantity and the period, then pay the total with crypto at the checkout page. Once the payment is confirmed, the service and its login details appear in My services.
4. Which devices are supported?
App-based plans run on Windows, Android, iOS and macOS. Proxy plans work in any browser, tool or script that supports HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5. Cloud PCs are reached by Remote Desktop from Windows, macOS, Android and iOS.
5. How do I check which IP I am using?
Open the free My IP page at /en/my-ip. It shows the IP address and country that websites see, so you can confirm a plan is working after you connect.
6. Where can I find setup help?
The guides section covers the Windows app, the Android, iOS and macOS apps, proxy setup in browsers, tools, curl and Python, choosing static or rotating IPs, country IPs for life abroad and connecting to a cloud PC.
Plans and prices
1. What products do you offer?
There are five products with 26 plans: Rotating IP (5 plans), Static IP (4 plans), Country IPs (3 plans), Secure IP (8 plans) and Cloud PCs (6 plans). Each plan has a fixed monthly price per unit.
2. How are prices calculated?
Each plan has a price per unit for 30 days, where a unit is a device, an IP, a block of 50 IPs or a machine. Your total is the unit price, times the quantity, times the months, minus the period discount, rounded down to the cent.
3. What periods can I buy?
You can buy 30 days, 90 days (5% off), 180 days (10% off) or 360 days (25% off). The discount applies to the whole order.
4. Why do plans have a minimum quantity?
Every purchase is at least $30, so each plan's minimum quantity is set to reach that amount for 30 days. For example, Static IP starts at 8 IPs ($32.16) and Cloud PC B at 2 machines ($31.32).
5. Is there volume pricing?
Static Proxy has volume pricing: $2.68 per IP below 10, $2.23 from 10, $2.01 from 25, $1.79 from 50, $1.56 from 75 and $1.34 from 100 IPs. Other plans have one price per unit and save through longer periods.
6. Which countries are available?
We sell IPs in 24 countries across the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific and Oceania. Static and Secure IP plans can use all 24, Country IP plans use their line's countries, and cloud PCs are placed in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Japan and Singapore.
Rotating and static IPs
1. What is the difference between a rotating and a static IP?
A rotating IP comes from a shared pool and changes whenever you want a new address. A static IP is one dedicated address that stays the same for the whole period. Rotating suits checks and data tasks; static suits accounts and allowlists.
2. How large are the rotating pools?
ISP Rotate Lite has 220 ISP IPs, Rotate Lite and ISP Rotate Pro have 440 IPs, Rotate Max has 1,320 IPs and the Rotating Proxy Pool has 2,200 IPs. Rotate Lite, Rotate Max and the Rotating Proxy Pool refresh every 14 days.
3. Do customers on the same plan share IPs?
Plans with the same name share one IP list. For a second, separate list, buy a different rotating plan. ISP rotating plans limit each pool to 100 customers.
4. How clean are static IPs?
Static IP, Premium ISP Static IP and Static Proxy addresses have been unused for 6 months or more before we assign them. Each one is dedicated to you for your whole period.
5. How fast are the plans?
Rotating app plans run at 10 Mbps per device, Static IP and Premium ISP Static IP at 100 Mbps, Secure IP at 10 or 50 Mbps, and 1 Gbps Static Proxy blocks on 1 Gbps ports.
6. Which login methods do proxies support?
Proxy plans support HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 with a user and password or an IP allowlist. You can use the login on laptops and the allowlist on servers with a fixed IP.
Payments and credit
1. How do I pay?
You pay each plan directly at its price with crypto through a checkout page, using USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL or LTC. No top-up is needed first.
2. What are the payment limits?
Every payment is at least $30 and up to $5,000. When a payment is more than the plan price, the rest stays as credit and is used first on your next plan.
3. Is there a top-up bonus?
Plan payments have no bonus. If you prefer to add credit ahead, your first top-up earns a bonus: +10% from $100, +15% from $300, +20% from $500 and +25% from $1,000.
4. What happens if a service cannot be delivered?
If a service could not be delivered or its setup failed, the full price goes back to your credit. You can then use it on another plan.
5. Can I withdraw credit to a wallet?
Credit is used for purchases on ProxyWorld and is not withdrawn to a wallet. Unused credit stays in your account for future orders, so top up the amount you plan to use.
6. What is the smallest purchase?
Every purchase is at least $30. Each plan's minimum quantity reaches that amount for a 30 day period.
Account and API
1. How do I sign in?
You sign in with the access token created with your account. Keep it private and stored safely, because it opens your account, your credit and your services.
2. Where are my services listed?
My services lists every active plan with its login details: the service login code for app plans, host, port and login for proxies, and the address and login for cloud PCs.
3. Is there an API?
Yes. The REST API at https://proxyworld.cc/api/v1 lets you read prices, check your balance and place and list orders. It is useful for teams that renew plans or track spending from their own systems.
4. How does API authentication work?
Create an API key in your account. Keys start with pwk_ and are sent as a Bearer token in the Authorization header of each request.
5. Can a team share one account?
Yes. One account can hold many services, and each app plan can be used on as many devices as the quantity you bought. Share service login codes privately with the people who need them.
6. What is not allowed?
All plans follow fair use: no bulk email, no bulk account creation, no attacks, no fraud and nothing illegal. These rules keep IPs clean for everyone, and accounts that break them can be suspended.
