Refund policy

1. Full credit for undelivered services

If a service you bought could not be delivered, or its setup failed, the full price goes back to your account credit. You can use that credit right away on the same plan or any other.

2. Unused credit stays in your account

Credit you have added and not yet spent stays in your account for future purchases. There is no monthly fee for keeping a balance.

3. Credit is used on ProxyWorld

Credit is a balance for purchases on ProxyWorld and is not withdrawn to a crypto wallet. Top up the amount you plan to use; the minimum top-up is $30.

4. Periods after activation

Plans run for the period you choose: 30, 90, 180 or 360 days. Once a service is active, the period is not prorated, so ending early does not return the remaining days. Longer periods already include their discount of 5%, 10% or 25%.

5. Bonus credit

The first top-up bonus (+10% from $100, +15% from $300, +20% from $500, +25% from $1,000) is spent like any other credit. Bonus credit itself is not refundable.

6. Getting the plan right the first time

Since active periods are not prorated, a little planning helps. Read the specs and the notes before you buy, start with 30 days when you are trying a plan for the first time, and move to 90, 180 or 360 days once you know it fits.
