1. Our approach

ProxyWorld keeps the data it needs to run your account and services, and little else. This page lists what we store, why, and for how long.

2. What we store

When you create an account and use the service, we store the following.

• A hash of your access token, so we can check it when you sign in without storing the token itself.
• Your account code, which identifies your account in our records.
• The IP address you used at sign-up.
• Your device type and preferred language.
• Your orders: plans, quantities, periods, prices and service details.
• Your payments: top-up amounts, the coin used, transaction references and bonus credit.

3. Why we store it

We use this data to sign you in, deliver and manage your services, keep your credit balance correct, prevent abuse of our IPs and answer questions about past orders and payments. We do not sell your data.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, all needed for the site to work.

• A session cookie that keeps you signed in.
• A language cookie that remembers your preferred language.
• A first-visit source cookie that records how you first reached the site, such as a search engine or a link.

5. No trackers

ProxyWorld pages do not load advertising trackers or third-party analytics. What you do on the site stays between you and us.

6. Traffic through our services

Traffic you send through a plan travels to the sites you visit; we use connection data only as needed to run the service, apply fair use and stop abuse.

7. Retention

Account, order and payment records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to keep accurate financial records and handle questions about past orders. Session cookies end when you sign out or when the session expires.

8. Deletion

When an account is deleted, we remove its account data, except records we must keep for financial or legal reasons, which are kept only as long as required. Unused credit is not withdrawn to a wallet, so spend it on services before an account is closed.
