ProxyWorld

Rotating IP and IP changer pools for every device

from$6.71/mo

A rotating IP plan gives each of your devices access to a shared pool of IP addresses, so you can switch to a new address whenever a task needs a fresh one.

Where do you use it?

Ad and listing checks

Load the same ad, listing or landing page from many addresses to see what different visitors are shown.

Search result tracking

Run rank checks from a new IP for each batch so results are not shaped by your earlier searches.

Fresh IP per task

Change IP between jobs with one click in the app, or let the Rotating Proxy Pool hand out a new IP per connection.

Public data collection

Spread public page requests across 2,200 proxy IPs in 260 subnets to keep collection steady.

Why ProxyWorld Rotating IP

Pools from 220 to 2,200 IPs

Five plans cover app-based IP changers, ISP address pools and a large HTTP and SOCKS5 proxy pool.

Many subnets per pool

Rotate Max spreads 1,320 IPs over 210 subnets, so consecutive addresses rarely look alike.

Pools refresh every 14 days

Rotate Lite, Rotate Max and the Rotating Proxy Pool move to a new set of IPs every 14 days.

Bad IP swap on ISP plans

ISP Rotate Lite and ISP Rotate Pro replace an address that stops working, with 100 customers per pool.

Rotating IP prices

Prices in US dollars per 30 days. 90 days 5% off, 180 days 10% off, 360 days 25% off.

Before you buy

  • Fair use keeps pools clean for everyone: bulk email, account farming and attacks are not allowed.
  • Rotating pools are shared, so services that need one stable login work best on a Static IP plan.
  • Rotating plans do not include a country choice; for an address in a set country, pick Static IP or Country IPs.
  • The 10 Mbps per device speed suits browsing, checks and data tasks; for heavy video use a 1 Gbps Static Proxy block.

Frequently asked questions

1. What is a rotating IP?

A rotating IP is an address taken from a pool that you can change whenever you like. On ProxyWorld each device on a rotating plan can move between the IPs of its pool, from 220 IPs on ISP Rotate Lite up to 2,200 IPs on the Rotating Proxy Pool.

2. How do I change my IP?

On the app plans you press Change IP in the Windows, Android, iOS or macOS app and the device moves to another address in the pool. On the Rotating Proxy Pool you connect through the proxy address and new connections use addresses from the 2,200 IP pool.

3. What is the difference between Rotate Lite and Rotate Max?

Rotate Lite has 440 IPs in 55 subnets for $6.71 per device a month. Rotate Max has 1,320 IPs in 210 subnets with unlimited IP changes for $18.80 per device a month. Both refresh their pool every 14 days and run at 10 Mbps per device.

4. What do the ISP rotating plans add?

ISP Rotate Lite (220 ISP IPs in 50 subnets) and ISP Rotate Pro (440 ISP IPs in 110 subnets) use internet provider addresses and limit each pool to 100 customers. Both include a bad IP swap, so an address that stops working is replaced.

5. Can I use the rotating pool as a proxy?

Yes. The Rotating Proxy Pool gives you 2,200 proxy IPs in 260 subnets over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. You sign in with a user and password or allow your own server IP, so it works in browsers, scrapers and scripts without an app.

6. Do two people on the same plan get the same IPs?

Plans with the same name share one IP list. If you want a second, separate list, buy a different rotating plan, for example Rotate Max alongside ISP Rotate Pro.

7. What is the smallest order?

Every purchase is at least $30. That means 5 devices on Rotate Lite ($33.55), 2 on Rotate Max ($37.60), 2 on ISP Rotate Lite ($35.80), 2 on ISP Rotate Pro ($53.70) or 3 on the Rotating Proxy Pool ($33.57) for 30 days.

8. Can I pick the country of a rotating IP?

Rotating plans are built around pool size and subnet spread, not a country choice. When you need an address in one of our 24 countries, choose a Static IP plan or a Country IP plan.

What a rotating IP plan is

A rotating IP plan connects your device to a pool of addresses instead of a single one. Each time you change IP, your traffic leaves the internet from a different address in that pool. ProxyWorld offers five rotating plans, with pools from 220 to 2,200 IPs, so you can match the size of the pool to the amount of work you do.

Four of the plans are app-based IP changers. You install the ProxyWorld app on Windows, Android, iOS or macOS, sign in with the login code of your service and press a button to switch address. The fifth plan, the Rotating Proxy Pool, is a classic rotating proxy that you add to a browser, a scraping tool or a script as an HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy.

Every plan is priced per device for 30 days and paid from your account credit. Longer periods lower the price: 5% off for 90 days, 10% off for 180 days and 25% off for 360 days.

How rotation works on each plan

On Rotate Lite and Rotate Max the app keeps a list of the pool's addresses. When you press Change IP, the app reconnects through a different address in the list. Rotate Max allows unlimited IP changes across 1,320 IPs in 210 subnets, which is useful when you run many short checks in a day. Rotate Lite covers 440 IPs in 55 subnets for lighter work.

Both of those pools refresh every 14 days. A refresh replaces the list with a new set of addresses, so the IPs you use next month are not the same ones you used this month. The Rotating Proxy Pool follows the same 14 day refresh with 2,200 IPs in 260 subnets.

The ISP plans work a little differently. ISP Rotate Lite has 220 ISP IPs in 50 subnets and ISP Rotate Pro has 440 ISP IPs in 110 subnets. Each pool is limited to 100 customers, and a bad IP swap is included: if an address in your pool stops working, it is replaced. ISP addresses belong to internet providers rather than data centers, which many sites treat like ordinary household traffic.

The five rotating plans compared

The table on this page lists every plan with its monthly price per device. Here is the same information in words, so you can compare at a glance.

  • Rotate Lite: 440 IPs, 55 subnets, new pool every 14 days, 10 Mbps per device, $6.71 per device a month, minimum 5 devices.
  • Rotate Max: 1,320 IPs, 210 subnets, unlimited IP changes, new pool every 14 days, 10 Mbps per device, $18.80 per device a month, minimum 2 devices.
  • ISP Rotate Lite: 220 ISP IPs, 50 subnets, 100 customers per pool, bad IP swap, 10 Mbps per device, $17.90 per device a month, minimum 2 devices.
  • ISP Rotate Pro: 440 ISP IPs, 110 subnets, 100 customers per pool, bad IP swap, 10 Mbps per device, $26.85 per device a month, minimum 2 devices.
  • Rotating Proxy Pool: 2,200 IPs, 260 subnets, new pool every 14 days, HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, user and password or IP allowlist, $11.19 per device a month, minimum 3 devices.

How to choose quantity and period

Quantity is the number of devices that use the plan at the same time. A team of three people each running the app on one laptop needs three devices. A single scraping server that uses the Rotating Proxy Pool counts as one device, but the plan starts at 3 so that each purchase reaches the $30 minimum.

The period is how long the plan runs. Your total is the monthly price per device, times the number of devices, times the number of months, minus the period discount, rounded down to the cent. Some worked examples:

If you are trying a plan for the first time, 30 days keeps the first purchase small. Once you know the plan fits, a 180 or 360 day period gives the lowest price per month on the same quantity.

  • Rotate Lite for 5 devices for 30 days: 5 x $6.71 = $33.55.
  • Rotate Max for 2 devices for 90 days: 2 x $18.80 x 3 months, minus 5% = $107.16.
  • Rotate Lite for 5 devices for 180 days: 5 x $6.71 x 6 months, minus 10% = $181.17.
  • Rotating Proxy Pool for 3 devices for 90 days: 3 x $11.19 x 3 months, minus 5% = $95.67.
  • ISP Rotate Pro for 3 devices for 360 days: 3 x $26.85 x 12 months, minus 25% = $724.95.

Setting up a rotating plan

Buying takes a few steps. Create your account in the browser, which gives you one access token. Add credit with crypto at the checkout page, choose a rotating plan, set the quantity and period, and confirm. The service appears in My services with its login details.

For an app plan, install the app on each device, enter the service login code from My services and connect. The app shows your current address, and the Change IP button moves you to another one in the pool. Our free My IP page at /en/my-ip confirms the address that websites see.

For the Rotating Proxy Pool, copy the host, port and login from My services into your tool. Choose HTTP or SOCKS5, then either use the user and password or add your server IP to the allowlist. The setup guides on this site walk through browsers, curl and Python step by step.

Where rotating IPs work well

Rotating addresses fit tasks where each request or session should look independent. Marketers use them to check how ads, listings and search results appear to different visitors. Researchers use them to collect public prices and product data at a steady pace. Quality teams use them to see how a site responds to new visitors from many networks.

The app plans suit people who work in a browser or a desktop tool and want a new IP between tasks. The Rotating Proxy Pool suits software: a crawler, a price monitor or a script that can send each request through the proxy and get a spread of addresses across 260 subnets.

Rotating plans also help with quality checks before a launch. Load a new landing page from a dozen addresses on different subnets and you see quickly whether caching, redirects and consent banners behave the same for every visitor. Because the pools refresh every 14 days, repeat checks next month come from addresses the site has not seen in your earlier runs.

Limits worth knowing

Rotating pools are shared between the customers of the same plan. That is what keeps the price per device low, and it also means a rotating address is not a good fit for a login that should always come from one place, such as online banking or a long-term store account. For that, a Static IP gives you one dedicated address.

App plans run at 10 Mbps per device, which is plenty for browsing, dashboards and data tasks. Rotating plans have no country selector. Fair use applies to every plan: no bulk email, no bulk account creation, no attacks and nothing illegal. These rules keep the pools clean and useful for everyone who shares them.

Related products

Static IP plans give you a dedicated address in any of our 24 countries, from $4.02 per IP a month on the app plan and from $1.34 per IP on Static Proxy at volume. Many customers pair a few static IPs for their main logins with a rotating plan for checks and research.

Cloud PCs are another option when you want the rotating work to run all day without your own computer. A Windows cloud PC comes with its own dedicated IP, and you can install the ProxyWorld app on it like on any Windows machine.
