Terms of service
The rules for using ProxyWorld accounts, credit and IP plans.
Updated 2026-11-05
1. About these terms
These terms describe how you can use ProxyWorld (proxyworld.cc) and what you can expect from us. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them. We keep them short and plain so they are easy to read.
2. Accounts
Your account is one access token created in the browser. The token is the key to your account, your credit and your services, so keep it private and stored safely. Anyone who holds the token can use the account.
You are responsible for the activity on your account, including on services you share with your team through service login codes.
3. Credit
Purchases are paid from account credit. You add credit with crypto through a checkout page; a top-up is at least $30 and up to $5,000 per payment. Your first top-up earns a bonus of +10% from $100, +15% from $300, +20% from $500 or +25% from $1,000.
Credit is used for purchases on ProxyWorld. It stays in your account until you use it and is not withdrawn to a wallet. Bonus credit is spent like any other credit and is not refundable.
4. Purchases
Each plan has a price per unit for 30 days, a minimum and a maximum quantity. Every purchase is at least $30. The total is shown before you confirm and is taken from your credit when you confirm.
After a successful order, the service and its login details appear in My services. If a service cannot be delivered or its setup fails, the full price returns to your credit.
5. Periods
Plans run for 30, 90, 180 or 360 days from activation, with 5%, 10% and 25% off the longer periods. A service ends at the end of its period; to keep using it, buy the plan again. Periods are not prorated after activation.
6. Acceptable use
ProxyWorld is built for research, marketing, development, remote work, life abroad and everyday browsing. To keep IPs clean for everyone, the following are not allowed on any plan.
- Spam, including bulk email and unsolicited messages.
- Any illegal activity under the laws that apply to you or to the target.
- Fraud, including payment fraud, impersonation and phishing.
- Bulk account creation or account farming.
- Attacks on any network or service, including denial of service, scanning for weaknesses and unauthorised access.
- Distributing malware or hosting harmful content.
7. Suspension for abuse
If a service is used against these rules, we may suspend it or the whole account to protect other customers and the reputation of our IPs.
8. Service and availability
We work to keep every service running at the specs shown on its plan. Speeds and latency listed on plans describe the service as we deliver it; the speed you see also depends on your own connection and the sites you visit.
We may update apps, add countries and refresh IP pools as part of normal operation. Rotating pools refresh on the schedule listed on each plan.
9. Liability
ProxyWorld provides IP and computing services as described on each plan. You decide how to use them and are responsible for that use. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. The current version is always on this page. Changes apply to purchases made after the update; services already bought continue on the terms that applied when you bought them.
